If there's one thing Yahtzee taught us it's that a city sim is nothing without the ability to draw dicks with the roads. As such I've just finished building the roads and rivers features for Colony Drop. Why not try doing a better rendition?
The first basic version of the Kingdom Builder Tool is now available. I call it Colony Drop.
Its job? To help people run Pathfinder games using the kingdom building rules kindly provided by Paizo in Ultimate Campaign. The basic game mechanics are there, you can claim hexes, build improvements and proceed through the turns. There's a long way to go yet, not least of all to add the graphical interface. Where we go from here? Map Editors, GM Interfaces and even a standalone game perhaps.
My newest project. A little rendition of a citybuilder. Not sure how far I'll go with it, the neatest feature is I implemented map scaling from the beginning. It'll be made available once it has some actual features.
